1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Coiffure Cham (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") via the website https://coiffure-cham.com/.
2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer has completed the booking process on the website and receives confirmation of the booking by email. The customer undertakes to provide the data provided during the booking process truthfully and completely.
3. services
The service provider offers various hairdressing and beauty services, which are listed on the website. The scope of the service is set out in the respective booking confirmation.
4. Prices and terms of payment
All prices are quoted in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Payment is made either directly on site or, if offered, via the website.
5. Cancellation and change of appointment
The customer may cancel or change an appointment up to 24 hours before the agreed time without incurring any charges. A fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged for later cancellations or no-shows.
6. Liability
The Service Provider shall only be liable for damages arising in connection with the provision of its services in the event of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit is excluded.
7. Data protection
The data protection provisions are regulated in the data protection declaration on our website. The service provider undertakes to protect the customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
8. Final provisions
The law of Switzerland applies. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Amendments and supplements to these GTC must be made in writing.
